"All of the exercises I learned gave me a better understanding of how to engage my core muscles and move my limbs freely. Diana has a great way of using helpful imagery so that each person can understand corrections that are necessary for a healthy body alignment. She is able to teach a class as well as aid to each individual student in a way that they can understand. The Essential Motions program focuses on small details of the body that can greatly affect the whole body. The techniques that I learned from Diana propelled me forward in my dancing career and aided me in my dance teaching career." -Kelsey Jacobsen |
Teaching Trainers
Diana can teach the teachers how to teach the teachers! That’s what she’s been doing for me for the last 10 years. She has been a fantastic resource for solving my client’s sticky issues. She’s my first phone call when I need help, either with a client or for myself. - Carol Loe, owner of Mission Pilates and graduate of the Essential Motion Teacher Training Program Twenty one years ago I met Diana Bailey. She has been my teacher and mentor ever since. Diana is a patient, thorough teacher with a vast store of knowledge. She helped me recover from a series of injuries and chronic pain patterns that I developed after a serious car accident. She taught me Pilates rehabilitation and helped me heal my own lower back, neck and shoulder injuries. Most importantly because of her I now live with much less pain. - Genevieve Nedder, owner of Body Fundamentals in Tucson and Pilates instructor Diana is an extraordinary teacher, mentor and for me personally, a healer. I have been teaching without constant pain for over seven years now and I attribute this to Diana’s excellent instruction. -Diane DiMarco, Owner/Director All The Right Moves Dance Studio, Pine Jct.
