Over her 25 year career as a neuromuscular therapist, Diana has developed an intuitive understanding of how bodies work. She partners with each of her clients to achieve their physical goals.
Whatever the objective managing chronic pain, moving beyond a physical plateau, or relieving stress- Diana creates individual strategies to success for each of her clients by listening deeply to their words and watching carefully to the clues given by their bodies.
Her two -step process of balancing hands on techniques with progressive conditioning often resolves client issues for the immediate and the long term. By using gentle hands on techniques, her neuromuscular therapy “unlocks” the potential of muscles and joints and relieves chronic issues.
Rather than stopping there, Diana then her eases her clients into a progressive conditioning program that restores functional alignment and helps improve or correct their underlying challenge. By focusing on the larger picture, to find the root cause of a limitation, Diana differentiates herself from her peers. She has an exceptional gift of understanding and explaining complex movement adaptations,. She changes body awareness through a combination of concise cueing, clear demonstration, and thoughtful encouragement. By teaching people different ways to move their bodies, Diana gives her clients the tools to live vital, active lives free from the limitations of pain.
Diana resides in the foothills of Denver with a teenage son, three dogs and two amazing horses. She is an avid runner, rider, and has recently returned to rock-climbing.
